That's coz he's still figuring out how to get the pizza oven in his car, so that yours doesn't get too cold on the way, either that or he got hungry and had to go back to make another one.....

If you stop in on the way through I'll hook you up with some pizza. We are a Del-CO shop so don't have dine in but we can work it out.

I know you should never (well, not always) go by first impressions, but wife and my myself have got some bad (although funny in hindsight) memories about Savannah. Our first overnight stop, on our first US roadtrip, back in 95-ish (pre-kids) was in a budget motel off the main freeway heading south. We'd driven down from Philli in one hit, aiming to get to Orlando the next day, and just HAD to stop for the night, Savannah sounded nice, kind all "Gone With The Wind" and cutesy and we picked the first place we came across - we really should've gone to the second place !! There was more bug life in this room than you'd see in the average insect house at a zoo - and not a single can of bug spray to be seen, and I'm sure it hadn't been cleaned in a week or so - but we were just toooo tired to really think of doing anything about it

We slept in our clothes and hardly got a wink of sleep - as we headed out the next day, this bus load of pensioners came into the reception area having spent their night at the same place.... they were all as fresh as daisies, all of them praising how comfortable they'd been, how cosy the rooms were, and what a great nights sleep they'd all had - and there we were in 24-hour old clothes looking like we'd been partying for a week, b!tching and moaning, and with me mainlining black coffee to try and keep awake.

It's funny now, but I could smacked those old folks so hard at the time !!

I thought all you guys from down under were like one with nature, all Crocodile Dunde and stuff, heck you guys have spiders that wil hunt you down. Sleeping in a roadside hotel in Savanah Ga can't be more rustic than a night in the outback.

True, and when in the bush you expect it, but not when in a hotel in squeeky clean US of A - and my wife hates bugs and insects, so if she was awake and worrying about them, then I was ALSO awake and expected to worry about them....., if you get my drift
