Adjusting rear torsion (raising up)

I need raise my car about a click... Is there a link to a step-by-step way to do it?  I know it's not easy, but any help would be great.

Here is a link to some Videos on how to lower your car. Just do the opposite to raise the car. There is also a list so you how many notches to go.

Hey Rob,

I went through this a couple months ago. The most difficult part of this for me was getting the spring plate back on the stop. You will know what I mean when you get there. After getting the adjustment I wanted I used a jack to raise the spring up far enough to clear the stop, then I used a "c" clamp to pull it in over the stop. It would have been nice to have this....
