Yes, that's me playing the black Flying V bass (to the right of the singer as you look at the stage). Vid was taken last year in the UK with my old band - it was literally THE first time in 10-years we'd played together, no rehersals, nothing, just got up and played a set in a bar one evening - it was a blast, despite my "exhaust valve" suffering from severe case of pucker factor.

My boss bought me a 27 year old bottle of Jack the day I found out I made Master Sergant.. I would be honored to give you, Don, Lemorris, and a few others here a good shot of it.  It will be cracked open 1 Jan at nidnight,  when I  officially put my stripe on. So if you happen to be in the armpit of New Mexico then, look me up!! I'm sure everyone at Chirco has my address, with how many times I've shopped there!  In the mean time, here is another twist on a Skynard great.

Congrats on the promotion - does that mean you have to go around saying things like "ooo arrr", "sempa fi" or that quote out of that Mel Gibson Vietnam movie Once Were Warriors "Good morning Sarge", reply "What's so f***in' good about it ?"

I think the object is you have to build your own! It would be much too difficult for Chirco to try to make available all the options and special features each customer may need/want/desire/lust for ........ Personally mine would have to have a humidor compartment for storing cigars at the perfect humidity and temp.
They could provide parts and assembly manuals though.

I hear what you're saying Rick, but I think offering a basic model would be good, you could cash in on their popularity by opening up a nation-wide chain of customizing stores - offering those nice to have bits 'n pieces that don't come with the standard offering - a bit like a chain of plastic surgery clinics to nip, tuck, respray ..... or, install humidors. Build it and they will come.....
