I've just viewed the Carb adjust video. On the 30 pict 3/4 the volume control screw is sealed and preset at factory. What happens if this screw is now showing and has been changed? Can it then be  re-adjusted? If so, How?

Thanks for the note.
Just like in the video, turn the screw in until the idle and the engine starts missing.
Then unscrew it until you are at the best possible idle.

The video calls it a volume control screw.
Most of us call it the fuel mixture screw.
